Ouch!!!

So, I have a subscription to a really great author's website called The Author Learning Center and I just watched a video that I thought I would share with all those who are interested in the author's journey. I think that what this speaker (Sam Staley) has to say makes a lot of sense, but it's a sobering reality. Bottom line - I'm working on my second book (the sequel to Dark Harvest) and according to him, I have miles to go before I sleep, and miles to go before I sleep. If you want to know what he has to say about building a readership (and the differences between fiction vs. non-fiction readership), then check out this video (see link below) - it's only a few minutes long but is really interesting... and sobering. The good news is - I have LOTS of other stories I want to tell! :o)
